Unnecessary workers: Everyone has to go to government buildings every three years and make a case for why what they’re doing in their career has a positive value on society. If they can’t do it, their job is eliminated. To prevent mass poverty and job loss, the minimum legal wage will rise, and the maximum hours permitted in a shift will drop. This creates more jobs paying a living wage and reduces the purposeless jobs. Eventually, unnecessary work is eliminated without reducing the number of people making a living wage.
