Pity and Support
A man is walking down the street and sees someone with a shattered leg in the middle of the road, reaching for a gun just out of his reach. The man in the road says “Please help me, I don’t want to live anymore. Just help me get the gun.” And the man on the sidewalk takes the gun and says “Just walk it off, champ.” and leaves.
Progress
The worst decision we made was teaching people either what they should do, or the skills to do things. Now it’s a goddamn miracle to find someone who knows how to do both.
Awesomeness poisoning
So it turns out you can only be so awesome before it sort of becomes a medical problem. I’m on a sort of treatment to keep my veins from bursting with awesomeness. I have to watch 3 hours of daytime TV a day, and not make any witty comments.
